The work for Brighton and Hove City Council comprised of the removal of the existing ornamental fish, weathervane including sub frame from the octagonal cap and griffins for restoration before securely re-fixing on new roof structure.
The work comprised of the complete renovation and adaptation of the former estates workshops, stables and clockhouse to create four dwellings together with associated works to services and landscaping.
The Saddlescombe project consisted of refurbishment of the buildings including many farm buildings. During the project, structural work was carried out.
The works to Halnaker Windmill in West Sussex included new rafters and windpost carriage beams, restoration of the cap, repointing and restoration of the brick and tile work plus a complete replacement of one of the sweeps.
