Site manager with a valid black or gold CSCS card and SMSTS, required to manage a large refurb project, experience of refurbishment essential. The role will involve client liaisons, sub contract management, site setup. You will be able to show a good understanding of site organisation, site safety, health and safety and have excellent organisational skills. Good IT skills will be essential for this role.
