To manage direct and sub-contract labour and resources on maintenance, refurbishment and new build works up to a value of £100 K in the public sector, schools and historic buildings. You will have strong interpersonal/management skills both at client and site levels and be able to manage all aspects of projects up to a value of £100 K from inception to completion.
